We pay our respect to all First Nations elders both past and present, and in particular acknowledge the Wiradjuri peoples of Australia, who are the traditional custodians of the land where the Digital Agrifood Summit is held.
Richard Heath is Executive Director of the Australian Farm Institute, an independent agricultural policy research organisation. Richard is a Nuffield Scholar and was a farmer in Gunnedah for 20 years until 2012. Previous to his current role Richard was Associate Professor of Agronomy and Farm Management at the University of Sydney. He is currently also a director of the Grains Research and Development Corporation and member of the CSIRO Agriculture and Food advisory committee.
