Ashley is the Acting Head of Biosecurity at Hort Innovation, where she oversees a team responsible for delivering $130 million in investments aimed at enhancing industry resilience, integrated pest and disease management, and crop protection. Ensuring access to sustainable solutions for horticulture involves maintaining minor use permits—Hort Innovation currently holds the largest number at 385—as well as fostering advancements in solution technologies such as biologicals, genomics, and AgTech.
