Born into farming, Elizabeth has worked as a Recruiter since 1998. She has experience sourcing people across Australasia and is committed to ensuring both the Candidate and the Client’s long-term business and personal needs and goals are met.

Elizabeth was raised in the New England region of NSW and had built a thriving 1000-head cross-bred beef cattle herd in the Albury region. Throughout her journey, she developed a keen interest in career development and recruitment. Her initial work experience at Charles Sturt University paved the way for her to become a consultant at a prominent Melbourne recruitment firm in 1998. Before joining Agricultural Appointments in 2018, Elizabeth established her own recruitment company, specialising in permanent placements within the capital equipment sector across regional Australia. Her expertise extends to talent management across various fields, including broadacre, livestock, wineries/viticulture, horticulture, and aquaculture.
