Natalie Collard is the CEO of Farmers for Climate Action, a movement of more than 8,400 Australian farmers and over 80,000 community supporters advocating for climate solutions that support thriving regional communities and agriculture.

With decades of leadership experience across government, industry, and the renewable energy sector, Natalie has led Rural Affairs at the National Farmers Federation, been CEO of Australian Dairy Farmers and Food & Fibre Great South Coast, as well as an Executive GM at the Clean Energy Council and led Corporate Affairs for Telstra - Victoria and Tasmania.  

Natalie was recognised on The Green List (2024) for her national climate advocacy and as a Telstra Business Woman of the Year (2023) for her leadership in regional development and policy. She is passionate about elevating women in agriculture, supporting practical climate solutions, and helping build a prosperous, resilient future for rural Australia.
