Nicholas has more than 30 years’ experience working in senior executive roles in a range of industries and sectors including R&D, food supply chains, and agriculture. His experience spans both commercial and scientific research environments, where he has been involved in relevant activities including commercialisation, R&D service delivery, and global business development.

Prior to joining Charles Sturt University, Nicholas was Director, Business Development and Global, for CSIRO where he was looking after external engagement and innovation programs, including delivery of the ON program.
