Sandy Gain has recently joined Mars Petcare Australia as Climate and Sustainable Sourcing Lead for the ANZ region. With 13 years of experience across France, Canada and Australia, she has built a robust understanding of end-to-end sustainability in the food system. Sandy has held various sustainability roles with global food manufacturers such as Danone, General Mills and Chobani, where she built sustainability strategies and executed specific projects on the ground. Sitting on the procurement team, her role at Mars Petcare Australia focuses primarily on addressing scope 3 emissions through partnerships with key stakeholders through the value chain.
